Privacy Notice

Version 2026-10-20. Draft for legal counsel review.

Browsing

You can browse buyer searches without an account. We process basic technical information (such as a hashed network and browser fingerprint) to protect the service from abuse and enforce rate limits.

Introduction requests

If you request an introduction, we collect only what you choose to provide: name, an email address or phone number, and optional property address and message. These details are shared only with the agents responsible for the buyer searches you selected. They are not shown publicly and are not sold. Submissions are not anonymous to those agents.

Buyers

Buyer identity, contact details, private notes and numeric budgets stay private to the buyer's brokerage. Public cards show only approved, anonymous property criteria.

Agents and brokerages

We store account details, organization membership and an audit trail of important actions, including the version and time of Terms and Privacy acceptance.

Search text and AI assistance

Search text is checked against our Fair Housing policy. Where AI-assisted search is enabled, a short, redacted version of the search text (contact details removed) is sent to an AI model provider through our hosting platform to produce property filters. It is not used to identify you.

Retention

We keep introduction requests and acceptance records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Brokerages control retention of their own buyer records.

Your choices

Contact the brokerage that holds your information, or the BuyerBurg operator, to request access, correction or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
